Problem with the "Post Installation" menu

I've a problem with the "Post Installation" menu.

When I click in the link, my browser goes to https://localhost:10000/lbs/postinst.cgi, but I can't view any form... It's empty.

Where's the scripts?

Yes, post-installation is not available in the GPL release...
